Get in touch with SUSS, the Sydney Uni Speleo Society. Being a caver is more important than being a cave diver for this type of sump diving, so access will depend on your experience more than your certifications.

Interestingly, we’re now heading for public land again. Who knows – maybe the other end will come within striking distance of the surface besides the river as well. Sump 9 has a dry bypass if someone was prepared to do some bolt climbing but the rest are definitely very wet.
